How Do I Order A Dress?

Please send us an enquiry where and a member of our team will get back to you to discuss what you are after and advise dates regarding a consultation. All Precious Hyness bespoke orders must start with a consultation, please find our consultation booking link below:

Post consultation, Precious Hyness will provide you with the following: 

1. An Order Pack which will include an order summary, a payment plan, a dress image or sketch (bespoke consultations only) and important dates. 

2. An invoice payment link for your Deposit payment and view our Terms and Conditions.

Your order is not confirmed, nor do we begin the Garment production until the Deposit payment has been received.

What's The Difference Between Made-To-Order & Bespoke?

Made-to-order:When you choose the Made to Order process, you choose a design from one of our collections. This garment will be made in a UK standard size. If you desire a more tailored fit, you can opt for our optional tailored fit. For an additional fee, the Tailored fit service allows us to create the garment to your precise measurements, ensuring the best possible fit. 

Bespoke:In the Bespoke process, you will collaborate directly with our designer, Precious. The designer will design a unique garment tailored to your preferences and requirements. She will create a personalised sketch, which will then be crafted into your one-of-a-kind garment. 

Made-to-order:When you choose the Made to Order process, you choose a design from one of our collections. This garment will be made in a UK standard size. How Far From My Wedding | Event Shall I Book In?

We recommend booking well in advance for any garment, however we also offer a express service upon request.

Our recommended time frame:

Wedding Dress:- 12 - 18 month before the big day.

Bespoke Tailoring:- 3 - 6 months ahead of the event day.

We offer online Made-to-order consultations and Bespoke consultations. Please make sure to book the online specific consultation you want to book.

Do I Need To Source My Own Fabrics?

No, we have a range of fabric samples you can choose from, sourced from various UK and European suppliers. However, if you have found a fabric you love we are more than happy to work with it if it is appropriate for the design of your dress.

What's the price of a bespoke gown | Is a payment plan available?

Our bespoke prices all depends on the style, complexity and fabric chosen for the design. We offer a payment plan of splitting the overall total into 4 payments with the final payment being a minimum of a month before collection. Please note a tailored price will be given to you during your consultation after design and fabrics have been discussed.

Bespoke Tailoring:- £250 - £5,000+ / Excluding fabric
